Lynk, does have a point. Sure, his guild may have rustled some jimmies, but that's the spirit of the game. I've been trying for a while now to buy deco, luck, PVM and PvP items with near zero support. Hard to buy stuff here. Lots of people hoard.

No, thats not the spirit of the game. It's your perception of what the spirit is. Not more, not less. Why should (quote) useless players of a (quote) horrible community sell anything to such jerks? I dont get it. The only thing I hear is complaints and rants of bad people blaming the good people. And you are assisting them. Why should we ever want to interact with such rude people like Lynk? We don't like rudeness. And it has nothing to do with Roleplay or Gamespirit. It's just rudeness and a lack of manners.
Gold is very useful here, you can spend millions everywhere. You can go to the auction, buy in GC, you just need to be nice and have some serious business manners. If I had a well-reputed weapons shop and a notorious murderer came in and wanted to buy a rifle, would you sell it to him? I wont... There is a name for this behavior. It's called "ethics". Or imagine just working in a shop and somebody comes in and says: "Ass****, I hate you, I want to destroy you and your family and friends, you are trash, LOLZ, STFU! And now sell me your nicest items for the lowest amount of money you can think of". Would you? SERIOUSLY???
P.S.: And I offered you my Blackthorn-turnins for the Crimmy and the blessed robe. Not all are hoarders
P.P.S.: Virem and Arnold offered buyback for looted armor. Zora does not. Would be a first step for serious business manners as my friends cannot afford to build new suits every day. One of them has been drylooted 4 times and they denied buyback. Why?

Well, they could always do this on the street with a begging bowl, saying; ALMS FOR THE POOR. 
I really thinking of doing that myself since I missed out earning enough gold to buy resources needed for imbuing. Back before VvV we used to go hunting in this small dungeon in Trinsic for our Gold, but today due to VvV that not possible. Why you ask? Well too long in a city under VvV you can be attack, and the mage is not a PvP.

you need to check your facts drakelord. if you're orange from staying in a VvV town for too long then all you need to do is get killed by a VvV char and wait out the 5 minute statloss timer. even GIL has people in VvV, so that really shouldn't be a problem. If it is then get naked and ask in gc for someone to kill ya.
also, why would that trinsic dungeon be the only place to farm gold??? there are plenty of ways to farm gold effectively. especially being in GIL, gold really shouldn't be an issue with all the pvm stuff you guys do.

It is true, that at one point I had around 5 or 8 Dread War Horses in my stable. BUT, that was at the height of the invasion and I didn't think they were that cool/rare. So I released all but two. Sold them shortly after. I'm still kicking myself there.
Then Bane Dragons came around and I wised up. I tamed about 8 and kept them. To date, I have 3 left.
I'm just giving you a hard time man. I cringe sometimes at the whole folks don't sell stuff here meme. I dumped a considerable amount this past summer, and each week for the last four I've had nice items on my vendor. All sold almost immediately. What I find is here, unlike prodo, relationships have A LOT more to do with trade. Need an item? Big difference if you ask in general chat and the folks on don't trust you or have a bad taste in their mouth. On the other hand, if you ask and folks in GC have had a good experience with you, suddenly folks have all kinds of stuff available. True story. Yes, folks hoard to some degree, but that degree varies widely with your standing with the natives. Just my two cents.
Agreed Garth. I give Malloc grief at every available opportunity, and I'd kill him in VvV without thinking twice (try anyway), but I trust him to pay for something even if I were to give him the item early. The same can be said for a lot of folks here. I'd never do that on Atlantic.
