i noticed a couple days ago i had received my banner.Are they still marking the homes anymore? I submitted mine well over a year ago and have not seen anything placed outside.
so 2-3 weeks after i submitted it i got the banner.
so yes, they are still doing them as of July 2014

As far as I know this is still possible, but not through Stratics. You'll need to send an email to [email protected] with all the relevant information. Bear in mind that Mesanna does this in her own, spare, time and is currently up to her ears in party arrangements as well as normal day to day stuff and the next publish.
