How well trained are you? If you need to train up, NEW would be a good option for you. They'll assist you with training for about 30 days, at which point you'll know more about this land and can find a guild that suits you.
If you are already well trained, you can check the guilds sticky threads at the top of this forum. If you're looking for an active pvp guild, most active pvp happens in factions, and the most active would be KIN/JSV, TnT, SP!.
