is the ring newbied or can it be locked down? usually rings like that go for 75m-100m higher if someone wants it bad enough of course.

It's been in a secured container for 10 years. Never checked about newbied there's no bless tag.

If you try to lock it down it prolly will tell you "You cannot lock this down" - i just tried it with a Tree Ornament Weddingband and it wont let me lock it down with a message - thats the newbiefied indicator - and your ring is prolly a in-game wedding ring handed out by a Seer from back in the days....
Best is to try to lock it down yourself but be fast they decay quick!
Also get all naked and just put the ring on and die, but better have a healer next to you the ring should be in your pack on resourection and not on the corpse...

If you use item id on a newbied item it should come back as 0 gold coins of value. It sounds like a seer wedding ring to me. I'd estimate closer to the 50m mark personally if it can be locked down. Decadence is right, might go higher if someone really wants it. I know I have a ring that I believe to be a seer wedding ring and I'd pay probably 100m+ for it because of its inscription.

Seems i havent checked in awhile. the ring IS blessed,CANNOT be insured but CAN be locked down.
