these can NOT be shard transferred etc -
( if you do that you will end up with just a bit of gold in the bank & house placement tool ) ..

They are the original house placing deeds. You cannot shard transfer them, you cannot leave them in your bank, you cannot log out with them in your backpack. All those actions will make the deeds become a house placing tool. Best to place them in a container and lock that container down.
