Prepatched, used to be able to use identification skill or charges on them to determine what mods were on them, but you no longer can do this, so they are stuck that way now.

I’m pretty sure that if you use item ID on it now it will remove the “magic” tag - just to be aware.

If you found some that were double or triple slayers then they may be. However these aren't really worth anything. You may fetch a couple of mil per if you got lucky but I would think 500k-1m if I had to say something.
