Old house deeds transferable?

I have gotten several I would love to bring back to Atlantic but every time in the past they have turned into house placement tools, any way to do this?

Not that I know of. Even if you log out with one in backpack or bank box they will turn into placement tools from what i remember. Have to display those in a locked down box.
