If i rememeber right they go for around 50mil but I could be wrong. Be careful with it dont put it on a vendor or in bank box or try to move with it to a diffent shard becasue it will be come a houseing tool.

I saw several house (of all house types) recently sit for weeks on a Luna vendor at 5m. It was on Sakura, though, which may have hurt the price/demand.
