I had one awhile back, apparently its just a prepatch pirate hat from tmaps- they all used to drop this way. Depending on collector may get 20mil tops, if theyre missing this one item, but because there was so many, most likely 1-5mil. Wish there was some of these double blessed outt here, that would be epic.
