[Price Check] Old Deed

Hi all, I found a deed at an IDOC labeled "This Deed Can Be Used To Bless One Of Your Items" and was wondering what it may be worth. I double click it and as far as I can tell it is usable. I have asked around and people are telling me that this was one of the very first Item Bless Deeds.

If anyone has information on this or a Price Check would be very appreciated.
