[Gardening] Ok, Question About Fragrant Seeds.

I don't know if this has already been asked, I couldn't find the answer.

Does a fragrant seed, no matter what monster it came from, ALWAYS produce a Cocoa Tree with NO CHANCE for enything else?

I'm ignoring fragrant seeds to date.....cocoa trees, though new and different are good for pulp.....they don't sell.....what would be nice...be able to chop em down to nothing for a shot at some rare wood.

Interesting idea, the 4th man. I'm also not growing cocoa trees now and I leave all the seeds on the monsters. No need to loot them anyways since the grown plant produces seeds. I'm actually a bit surprised they aren't selling better since the O'hii rubble was popular.
