Once an account is bound, it is bound to that email. If the account is not bound, then you could let someone else bind it.

I am not sure we can even discuss it anymore honestly.

You can give your account to anyone you want, you can't sell anyone your account. That being said, PM me and I will tell you exactly how to give me your account.

Oh this is a gift scenario. i have a veterans account i have no use for and giving it to someone will help boost the siege population

You can call customer service I think you need the new email that the account will be bound to and maybe the name of the new master account

Yes, if to call them on the phone they can change the E-mail info. I tryed over and over on the sight and it never would let me. All they required from me to change it on the phone was the CC info.
