i just wanted to comment on the pain that is buying provo and disco to 25-27ish from the trainer and then raising it. its SO SLOW. are there any tricks at this level? im running around provoing skeletons...

i was wondering...

if i got a boat, and stuck something that i would gain from (a wolf?) on the boat, and then one off the boat, and provo'd the two of em together... would that work? or is that bad? i know i cant do it in my house (how easy would that make it!). disco will be slightly easier, as i have a tamer and i can dump animals in yew sheep pen or something and disco em. unless of course i should do both at the same time? i dont know. i figure as im a T-hunter, provo would be the sensible one to do first, then i can actually use my character.

That is generally my question on another thread. There doesn't seem to be an answer.

There is no legal way to train Disco and provo without lying and cheating.

It is a great way to run a game isn't it?

just dont train on a wild animal in your house ;) thats pretty much been the law since day one... im wondering if being on a boat makes a difference :p and thats for provo. if i was gonna train disco, id go to a small island with my tamer and populate it with the required creatures before recalling there and going at it

what is the difference between that and a NPC house?

as with real life, things are only bad and illegal if you get caught.

personally i like boats.
that just me, thats a left over from the old 8x8 days.

so training on a boat to me is just something ive allways done.
but i dont park at the brit west bank with a boat in the river there training during peak hours.

now back to the original post.

get a ring or watch with provo (or disco) whichever you are training.
and go do polar bears.

a lot more of them on ice island and they are usually found in big packs.
just nice for training.

should get you up to 60 real in no time.
