Do the AoS Reward points for the launch and the menus for rewards transfer with your char if you move him to a different shard? I have a character on LS I would love to get to my home shard for the +5 points...but if they dont xfer with the character...not beneficial for me to get and xfer him. Anyone know for sure?

The AoS rewards and skill/stat increase were character specific. They go with you to another shard if you transfer that character but they cannot be transferred to another character unless you use a Soulstone to transfer the skill and skill increase.
I've used Soulstones and character transfers and power scrolls to advance a tamer to 120 once.

What I did was transferred the character with the AoS reward to my home shard. Then used the appropriate power scroll on him. Then I soulstoned over the taming skill. Then I used the +5 skill reward. Then I soulstoned the skill back to my tamer.
Well I would agree except that I'm pretty sure I remember the devs did say, specifically, that the +5 stat bonus did not stack. I chose the +5 skill on every character I used it on.i chose the +5 stats on most of my chars and then they gave the +5 to everyone that plays for 6 months and my bonus didnt stack.
would have been nice if those chars had a 260 cap
i feel like i got ripped off..
Now when they gave out the +5 stat to all accounts six months old, it would have been nice to be allowed to choose a +5 skill if you had already used the AoS gift for stats.

I agree with that. I chose the stats also. As for the +5 skill, you guys have characters that you never took the bonus on, is that the deal with it and how you are using it now? You just had a menu popup at login every time kinda like vet rewards?

However, I'm glad that I can delete characters and whatnot and still have that +5 cap so I am glad they gave it to everyone over 6months. I can live with not getting the benefit of the extra +5 skill.
Yes, if you never used the bonus or collected the AoS gifts, they still remain with the character for as long as you don't delete it.
Amongst four of my own accounts from AoS and two that I've taken over from a friend, I think I must have still somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 or 40 pre-AoS characters that still get that gump when I log in to get gifts on other shards.
