Oceania EM...new title..IM invisble man

So I tread my way carefully through the stratics forum and look upon all the EM Forum lists.. To my my suprise I find recent postings along the lists of Shards dated 2012 or Dec 2011...but alas Oceania EM seems to have lost their GPS with details to the shard?
For the last posting is dated August 2011.
I quickly note ..that the last attempted event and sighting of our illustrious EM was 2 weeks after the meet and greet. Strange you say? Yes strange. The meet and greet went well with discussions for events to be during the week and not weekends.. Yet as I scan further..whats this I see? Events offered on weekends!!
If someone finds our EM..please read their return to sender sign... and offer them a free GPS.
They are sorely missed amongst the forgotten lands of Oceania..

Some of those posts are from players though, on siege for instance we havent had an EM since 2009, and mid 2011 we had EM Drosselmeyer from Chesapeake as a guest EM host a small event, and one other show up for about 10 minutes to spawn virtuebane and leave, but that's all we've had in over 3 years. (didn't get any of the queen dawn story line, or any of the other EM guided story arcs). I beleive there's at least 1 or 2 other shards, and i think a few of the japanese shards, that don't have any sort of EM at the moment also, so if you lost your EM and no longer have events, welcome to the club of shards that pay the same and get less.

My son spotted a few days ago a posting for more EMs. Not quite sure if it was for the asian shards or all shards but they are recruting more EM's.... It's not a easy job.... with all the good people you meet there are bound to be a few bad apples... and the hours you will need to be available for these story arc's... Sooooo If you have the time, thick skin, and knowlage of uo, but most of all the love of uo and fellow players submit your app to mesanna today!

The excuse... sorry... reason is that our shards are to low population. And thats why we can't keep or get any EM love.

And the gods are terrible at communicating this to their customers. Sure, no one wants to deliver bad news (that an EM has left) but it sucks when they say something and never deliver... /cough Mes... /cough

Sometimes it seems thats I'm not paying for a service... because it feels like our concerns go are ignored...

I take any promises from the people who make this game with a pint of salt...

I'd paid anything to just get a straight talking Developer. But alas, before anyone points it out to me, this is a business and that doesn't make good business sense.

I think the abyss has swallowed our MIA EM.... Shame on you expansion!!! Give them back!
My old memory almost forgets the days of Lord Brit Castle events... like collecting the most mined sand for a Sash..lol ..oohhhhh the lag of a crowded castle on dialup!!!.
I look back at my sash now and think... hmmm...how sad we all were, to get excited about mining sand!!!... but I can honestly say.. IT WAS FUN!!!...lol.
But alas it would seem that our Oceania EM still hasnt had their GPS returned/repaired and has lost their way home...
Shame we can't scribe Missing Signs and post them around Luna or leave traps of their favourite food to lure them back.
