Nursery Help

Okay, I have an 18x18 house, but the way I designed it, I have one floor (an 11x17 space) where I can keep all my plants as they're growing. Can anyone think of a good way to display these plants so that it doesn't look horrifically cluttered? I'm talking approx. 100 or so plants at a time. I currently have them stacked in piles of 5, but it would be awkward to tend to them once they reach the 7th stage.

I'd also need a convenient way to store all my pouches of seeds... perhaps like the stone counter with the chests underneath? Or some kind of shelving...

The gardening forum has a couple of discussions about storage, but you may have to search for the threads. I organize my plants/seeds by type, some do it by color. I'm pretty sure there's a nursery design thread in this forum and if I don't forget I'll post some pics of my previous greenhouses. Maybe someone else will chime in.
