I have tried every NPC stable master and none of them will rez my Paroxysmus Swamp Drago. I have also tried that balm of life potion it wont work either. Is anyone else having this issue or is my swampy bugged? Is there some trick to doing it that I dont know?

If you go to a stable the NPC Vet will rez your dead pet for a fee (withdrawn from your bank box) but there is a few minutes delay between when your pet died and when they will be able to rez it.

I have waited a lot more than 10 mins, and still get the cohesion error. I have had np having them rez a pack mule, but they don't seem to like paroxysmus drago.

There's a ten minute delay, a fee and a .2 skill loss for the pet. These conditions were put in so that it is still a better choice to find a player to rez your pet. The npc vet is meant to be a 'last resort' choice.
My crafter on Siege, when her pet gets clobbered, spends the wait time in Luna bank in hopes of a player coming along and then moves to the stable if no one does.

should have been a higher penalty than a lousy .2 skill loss and 10 mins. 1/2 hour and 1.0 skill loss and that would have been a lot more worth the while for the minimum 160 skill points I invested into those skills.
