Other than the Thieves Guild, the other NPC Guilds have had membership turned off for some time. I was wondering if veteran characters were still seeing the benefits from having joined before they were turned off, like the discount on buying reagents for membership in the Mages Guild? Is this something that would more personalization to the game if it were turned back on?
