The Vesper Cultural Center offers a place for players to come and read book that I have collected over the years. There is a Movie Theater and Music Area and a Community Garden on the Roof. Please enjoy.
First Floor : Offers In Game Books bought from NPC's and collected in dungeons and various places throughout the lands. There are Npc Librarians selling Axem Quest Books and Harpsichord Scrolls. Adding more book items to sell soon.
Second Floor is a collection of Various EM Event Books along with some other tidbits.
Third Floor is the Movie Theater and Music area. Refreshments are served here also. Storage in a small corner.
Roof is a Community Garden. Apples, Peaches, Grapes and Honey can be collected by anyone.
The Vesper Cultural Center is located across the northern bridge by the Vesper Mint. After crossing the bridge turn left and head towards Minoc. It is located just off the Minoc/Vesper road 1 building behind the Castle Castle. 103 x 48N - 105 x 7E
