Not so subtle patch changes

Following is my paranoia list of changes I have noticed so far since the patch:

--Hit chance increase items do not work as efficiently as before... missing way more than ever.

--Bandages heal less than before

--Casting EV is failing more often than before

--All resists are less resistant than before ( mob hits cause more damage).

In fact it seems that everything that requires skill is less effective and item effects such as hci, dci, resist et al don't work as well as before.

Well there is an easy way to test the resists.

Find a GD and let it breath a fireball on your with 70 FR. If it does more than 60 damage, then something about resists has changed. ;p
