And it seems safe to say you don't get special fish without account upgrade. But found delicate scales? Why would I get that on an non SA account?
Yes, they have done nothing to stop cheating.

As this is the closest to a "Not Listed Features" thread, I'll just add a little one of my own here... Now when you successfully honor a target, you get a message in system chat that says "You Start Honorable Combat". I noticed it when I trigger my Honor > All Kill macro with an elemental
