I closed an account last month and the last one will be packed up over the next couple nights then it will also be closed down. It's time to move on ... 11 years with a break 2003-2004 is enough for the time being.

Where am I going? Dunno ... I'm not a fan of levelers, but DAoC was good to/for me in that break period and I had fun as a Theurgist. I may go there, I may just sit on my butt until it cements itself to the chair.

Take care ... I'll prolly haunt these forums a while longer.

As for the "just leave" crud someone wrote ... I'm supposing you will "just leave" without saying public goodbyes to all the folks you've gotten to know, right? You know not all are on vent, ICQ or whatever you use. Pfft.

That's about the size of it. To quote The Eagles, "You can checkout any time you like, But you can never leave!"

Just the standard advice, but you seem to not need it: make sure you put everything of real value in storage, and give all the rest away to friends and people who can use it. You'll feel better about it and it will make your inevitable return go more smoothly.

Actually its not unique at all. Ive made many friends (and enemies) in the various forums I visit. Quite a few I never have met or talked to other than in the forums.
