Excellent work guys, first day back, upgraded which took hours as IE doesnt seem to work for you. You screw me on the SA upgrade tokens, So I got no SA statues, SA vollem or SA Race change tokens and then you log me on server up without a warning after I had been fighting a creature ive never seen before for hours. Nah, excellent work.

You should have gotten two codes in your email, the upgrade code and then the token code. The upgrade code you use at uo.com account reg area and the token code you use ingame. If you didn't get a token code in your email (check over it carefully) then I would call customer service and see what can be done about that.

BTW there's always a 2 minute warning for server down. You knew it was server down, there's not really a way to avoid that except log back in as soon as the servers come back up and get back to whatever you were doing.

Or do you mean you got booted to the log in screen? I'm confused. BTW if you spent more than an hour fighting something in the underworld it was probably something you'll need more than 1 person to kill. Sure you can spend a couple hours killing something, but I bet the reward isn't going to match the time spent (if there is one).

I hope it wasn't that renowned pixie, they have like 10k HP, and are just as likely to drop something as any other renowned I'm sure (not very likely).
