I went to stone off ninjitsu the other day when I realized...it wasn't there. Now, just to be clear:
1) I have the old headers (Misc, Combat Ratings, Actions, and Lore & Knowledge).
2) I have not moved skills nor created any custom categories.
3) I have expanded the skill window to full screen and looked through all categories.
4) I only have a 715 skill cap on this account. My ninja is 100. When I add up all skills that show anything, I have 615 skill points.
5) I've restarted my client numerous times.
6) My ninja skill is just gone.
When I paged a GM asking what to do, this was the response:
"If you cannot locate the Ninjitsu skill, you will need to report the problem to our Quality Assurance team via uo.com/mailBug.htm or by e-mailing [email protected] to submit a detailed report about your experience.
This report should include what you experience, when, where and under what circumstances. This information you submit will then be researched. However, please understand that no further correspondence will be sent to you."
So, my questions are these:
1) Has anyone experienced this and, if so, how did you fix it?
2) What kind of help is it to submit this information to EA only to have "no further correspondence"? How does that help me fix anything?
