Sorry mate... Not worth anything. The only thing worth keeping in this game is pvp items really.. And most of them have to have enhanced potions 25, or if it's pvm for a dexxer you need clean 10ssi.. Maybe there's a few others... Some + skill stuff..
I can see what your thinking...20 taming maybe some bard can use it.. But meh.. Really not a ton of need to fit extra skill on that temp.. Plus no luck and not a 1/3...so not much you can do with it.
