Nexus deed - WHY??

ok i always wanted a nice popular shop
never managed to get one in luna but settled for one just outside the walls
nice area with the odd crystal elemental now and then

now once in a while ill find like 10-20 exodus overseers around my house
my shops finally getting popular and when im gating people in things seem nice then suddenly they are under attack
at first i thought maybe some kinda event or invsion so ill let it play out no biggie

this morning i found out its cause my neighbour has a nexus in his house
my question is why do these spawn stuff?
is there any other reason to have this other than annoy your neighbours?
sure some might think it looks cool
but what if someone decides to place a ton of these in their house?
it will go for days without spawning at least not that i can see but some days it will do it many many times in a row!
please fix these stupid addons

It's been known that they will summon spawn from the Exodus dungeon. I met a person who had one in their house on Atlantic and they saw the spawn. They noticed that the Nexus was the issue, being as it was from the Exodus dungeon. She took the Nexus out of her house until the problem with Exodus is dealt with...The Awakening events. This isn't a bug, but expected. Your neighbor, who probably only logs in to refresh their house, will never notice and you will be plagued with spawn. If you know your neighbor, you might want to mention it to them. If not, he's pretty much brought the dungeon to your neighborhood.

I have had one up in my house for weeks and have never seen even one exodus overseer. Wait a minute, is this a RNG thing?! That would explain it, the RNG hates me *laughs*

he logs in often enough i dont know him but see him
i left a book in his mailbox hopin he wont mind removing it
im not mad at him he may not even know but i think its silly this was given to players

i actually just spoke to him and hes a nice enough guy
he will remove it after the events done
i guess ill tolerate it for now but i really think if these things do it forever even after all these events then its gonna cause some issues

I got 4 of them placed in my Keep in Fel and never ever have seen anything spawn out of it....UNFORTUNATLY because i could use them as training dummies...

How can one aquire a nexus deed?

Go to exodus dungeon, read the books on floor there by broken machinery.
Kill Exodus Minions to get one of the parts to make the exotic toolkit (may take a while) - item is this whitish thing with a circle on one end
Take item to a PC tinker. Tinker can click on it to turn it into the exotic tool.
Go back to Exodus, click on tool and target nexus. Do the puzzle to get punchcards. You need 50 punchcards (or so) to get a nexus deed. you put punchcards into the reader that looks like one of the (tokuno?) chests in the broken equipment area.


I Seriously have thought about acquiring as many of these as I can and putting them on the first floor of my alliance's auction house in Luna - we're sick and tired of the AFK golem trainers in our front yard.
