UPDATED Noon EST 9/5: Updated several items in the patch notes:
- Some general wording clarifications for the Arcane Circle change and the Commodity Deed box.
- Removed the Nature's Fury fix (it was unsuccessful and will require more tweaking)
- Added a note about the Cacti and Brazier rewards
- Added a few more possible carriers of the new seeds.
