Lady Wildstar, Duchess Regent of the Kingdom of Dawn, was visiting the City of New Britain this morning when she came upon a series of pamplets being distributed throughout the Britannian Capitol. These documents simply read: "Keep Britannia Clean! Send the Gargoyles Home!"
Nicholas Tarrant, upon hearing of this, went to Britain to investigate the scene. There are three pamplets located in the Dock District of the City. Two of whom can be found at Elanesse Park atop West Britain Bank. The other is discarded on the ground outside the Town Guard Southern Office.
Someone clearly doesn't look so favorably upon an alliance with Queen Zhah and her People. But whom? It is no secret that some Britannians don't look upon these strange, winged creatures with the same respect and reverence that our fair Queen does.
We shall keep you updated as more becomes known.
Long Live Her Majesty!
Spoiler Alert
To those who are interested in the story and background of Ultima, these seem to be drawn from the Britannian Purity League of Ultima VII.

To those who are interested in the story and background of Ultima, these seem to be drawn from the Britannian Purity League of Ultima VII.
The Britannian Purity League was an organization in Ultima VII devoted to driving the gargoyles off of mainland Britannia. The organization primarily operated in areas with a high concentration of gargoyles and humans such as the desert city of Vesper. It was designed to be similar to real life hate groups. However, while they advocate open hatred, they themselves don't dare to operate in public since hate speech like that is forbidden in Britannia. This explains why Liana in Vesper acts so careful when giving the Avatar a scoll with propaganda.
The propaganda that the Avatar sees in Ultima VII is "Keep Britannia clean! Send the gargoyles home!"
