runebooks can be exceptional.
all craftable spellbooks (myst and necro include) can hold magic properties like int bonus, skill bonus, slayers and more.

yes, that page isn't entirely finished, as I said, but I thought I'd put it out there for the resource info. I'm not sure about properties on Necro books though, I tried on test and could only make myst and normal spell books with properties,.
