He will be handing out cloaks over the course of this week, so even if you missed the event, you still have a shot at getting a Cloak of Silence.

so, if I have the storyline straight - it was revealed that the self-proclaimed "king" castka is actually allied with the ShadowLords and the baddies attacking Luna.

Dawn was leading a rebellion (and us with our pitchforks and torches) against the hoards invading Luna.

So now we are at war with the incumbent government?
