Stains have been an amazing addition to our decorative world.
Where most players couldn't afford the price of Pigments of Tokuno to dye their furniture white, they can now easily afford to buy or make their own white dye.

There's just one problem, Many players can't figure out why they can't dye their wooden furniture.
So, This is my very brief FAQ on staining decorative items.

Why can't I dye 'Insert wooden furniture item here'?
Furniture made with normal wood cannot be stained.
The item must be made with any of the colored woods to be able to be dyed.

How do I dye a deeded furniture item?
The deeded items that can be dyed you simply dye the deed itself. [It must be dyed before it is placed, Once placed it is not dyable.]

What can't be dyed?
-Gozas [Carpets from Ter Mur can be dyed]
-Stone Tables & Chairs [Stone gargoyle vases, sculptures and paintings can be dyed]
-Tinkered items [i.e. candelabras and lanterns]
-Wooden furniture made with plain wood
-Wooden boards or logs
-Origami

What can be dyed?
-Artifacts [Any that were dyable via Tokuno dyes.]
-Bags
-Furniture made with colored wood
-Statues/Statuettes
-Runebooks
-Spellbooks
-Player books [Bought at the provisioner]
-Leather and metal armor
-Clothing that can be dyed via normal dye tubs
