At 3:30PM EST, the KR and 2D client patches will be updated (KR version 2.54.0.7, 2D version 6.0.9.2).

This patch updates the clilocs.

Basically putting in various output messages into the game in various languages and whatnot.

Basically, in all, the patch means... not much... IMO.
