Newbie question about following creatures

Hi, is this still work in SA client to toggle following by ALT+LClick on creature?
I try and try and cannot get it:wall:

Any suggestions on this issue?

Ask this question in the Enhanced Client Forum. Hopefully they will be able to answer your question, as they have been using/exploring/modding that client quite extensively.
