New Vendor Bug?

When I work my scribe I make frequent trips to the Mage shops for scrolls and regs..
I like to bump up the amount so I can buy large quantities.

Lately I've noticed a few weird bugs..

Bought 5 recall runes.. only one appeared in my pack but I was charged for 5.

Bought 160 blank scrolls.. got home and only 20 in my pack.

Bought 320 black pearl.. got home only 20 in pack.

Anyone else seen anything like this?

maybe someone bought that items before you and you only get the remainings pieces

check your pack weight, you might not be able to carry that many scrolls and they are fallin to the ground

Well there wasn't anyone in the shop with me at the time..

And I did think about them hitting the floor but I looked around and ctrl-shifted. they weren't there.

And when I bought the recall runes I actually had my pack open so I saw one rune appear and the other four didn't..

Not a big deal I guess but bugs are annoying.

Maybe the NPC Vendors are now more intent on maximizing their profits?

Doing a little skimming here and a little skimming there? Hoping noone will notice?

Then when they get off duty they run straight to the Cleanup Officer.
