New tools added to the map pages

I've finished writing the editor for the Atlas section.



I still have some things to improve with the Add location tab, to make it friendlier to use, but the edit location tab is fully finished. If you're on any page in the Atlas ( Login required - Stratics Community Wiki | Stratics ) and see any pins which are even slightly off, this tool lets you fix them without even having to touch the template. Just click on the little golden gear to the top left of every map to access the tools.
