Did you "link" the two together by single clicking on them to bring up a context menu? thats what you had to do on test center. you have to do it to both if i remember correctly. or maybe double click i don't remember which it is but one or the other lol
Yes sir i did...and made sure the way put down by the same player..
Other wise it will show 1 char owning one and another the second...
Ill give it a day and see what happens...

Was beter to buy them from UO site then in game gold, since i use visa game cards to pay for account, and just hate leaving money on them for big banks...hahaha

Just to be thorough, you double-clicked pad 1 then targeted pad two, then double-clicked pad two and targeted pad 1 correct?
never mind i just tried a new set on test center and they didn't work and i unlink and then relinked the set i had and they no longer work

I had this problem too, my issue was that when putting them down I said "I wish to SECURE this item" and they didn't work, as soon as I unlocked them put them down again and said "I with to LOCK this item" they worked fine.
You haveto "lock" them down then afterwards set security to Friends or anyone or whatever. they start with 4 charges but you can recharge them cheaply and easily with Gate scrolls. It is great for craftsmen - no need to run into potential spawn out front ...
The instructions that came with it seemed pretty clear. Had no problem linking my two houses on Siege. Probably the best item, besides Soulstones, that I've brought off the gamecode store.

But you are wrong. They can be placed not only by a coowner in the second house. They could be placed by the onwer or coowner of the second house that could be only a friend of the first house and not a coowner

I had to release them and just lock them down not secure/lock...dam hot key ..hahaha
But thanks for that fix....dident think to even consider that securing it would glitch it...
I think 10$ for something that needs recharging is ok...gives a reason to make spell scrolls on scribe......
Plus its cheeper then the 40$ some place and people want for the vet reward...
I just think a few vets will not be happy....
But things change .......

Sorry but how many charges have the new teleporter?
On the UO site it says 200 but i put into them gate scrolls and now i've reached 300 charges. Is it a bug?

Until 10 minutes ago the pads worked right. Now they say to me that "you are not allowed to access this".

verify that the char is friended to both houses and that the teleporters are both set to friend
The site says that each scroll gives 5 charges, and you can add up to 200 scrolls, so in theory 1000 charges.
"Rechargeable Housing Teleport Tiles
Consists of 2 linked teleport tiles with 5 charges that allow you to link houses and teleport across facets. You are able to recharge these tiles with gate scrolls, each gate scroll recharges the tile with 5 charges. The max number of Gate scrolls the teleport can hold at any given time is 200."
I have 3 house linked. The firts and the second are linked bye a owner and a coonwer. The second and the third are linked also by another owner and a coonwer.
But all chars of the three house ( 3 accounts) are or cooner, or onwer or friends.
Then all chars arer at least friend of the house.
Teleporter set to friend? But i lock them, not secure them.
If i secure them they don't work at all!
Ok, now it work well. I've locked them without set the security.
Only one thing. There are only 1000 charge every pad ( 2000 the couple).
