New Spellweaving change in Publish 54....

"Arcane Foci can no longer be created by a single spellweaver". What does this exactly mean? No more level 1 focus? My guild has tons of Spellweavers and I would like to know a little more about this change, since I don't quite understand UO's comment about it.

That's what I thought it meant. Honestly, I don't think it's a huge factor if that is the intended change as you need at least a focus of 5 to get any real use out of SW for WoD and ethy voyage.

Its quite simple, a single spellweaver can no longer create an Arcane focus by themselfs... how is that hard to understand?
