Hello,
I have added a public teleporter tile from GIL Town to the Explorers League Rune Library & Reading Room in Umbra. (or the other way around) It is on the front steps of Sturdy's house just behind the GIL Market.
This was the site of the old GIL Library, so if you have GIL Library Runes they will still get you to a library.
If you did not know. The Reading Room is just outside Umbra across the trench from the moongate. If I dont have the rune Patty/Kelmo might have it a few houses up at Umbra Station. Please check the second floor for a nice collection of in game and player written books. There are also public tubs, crafting add-ons, and a crystal portal.
The library shop has gate and mark scrolls.
I am excepting donations of interesting runes, player written and academic books. All can be left in the mail box and will be put on display for the community.
(If you catch me in game I can pay 50K each for the academic books-I am poor)
