New problem with vendor facing

I placed some vendors. I stood in the direction I wanted them to face, but they placed facing differently. No problem, I thought, I'll just check their contents and they should face in the direction I pull them to off the grounds. But they didn't change. I tried putting things in them for sale, and that didn't do it either. I tried customizing them, no good. I tried name change, no go.

Anyone know how I can change their facing?

i would have to log in to check but i believe you can stand in direction you want them to face and say there name

When you took the vendor off your house and went into custimize were you standing away from where you want the vendor to face? I just tried to change my vendors direction and it worked fine.

Usually I do my outside the house. Go into the customize menu, the vendor will jump to your current location. Walk one tile in the direction you want the vendor facing. Close the customize menu. The vendor will turn to face you. Now use the return vendor context menu and the vendor will snap back to his/her spot.
