For those who like the Grid containers, but aren't using Copper Enhanced or another mod that changes the background already (or for Skin authors who are sick of fixing their textures every time Mythic changes 000000020_Hud.dds [though I think most skins that might be able to benefit from this would need much more to remove their dependency on the texture]), I've just made a new mod.
I've named it "Colored Grid Backpack". It replaces the texture for the grid view containers with a white one, and a window tint setting, so people can pick whatever color they want for their grid backgrounds.
Unfortunately, this mod can still very easily be broken by Mythic updates and/or cause Mythic updates to be ignored... but it should be a much lower risk than changing the dds file.
