New Magincia Probelms.....

Hey,

I got bought the new rustic theme pact from the NEW uo website.... What a hugh mistake that was... The code was invaild and had to wait 4 day for it to be fixed... No one said sorry or anything.... Poor Customer SERVICE.... EA FAILS ME AGAIN...

Ok, to my real question... Why release a new theme pack when it not even complete?? Some items you try puting on the new Magincia stalls dont even work right... How come everything UO starts ARE NEVER BE FINISHED...

your not the first person or the last to be upset about the code, messana has already posted in another thread about that issue and had already apologized for the issue's and already fixed the issue.

Yes... this has to be the most incomplete work they have ever offered to us. Amazing it took so many years, so long, so much waiting... and extremely disappointing. At least you got a plant growing bed out of it, if you are all set up. You can sell that and get your money back in gold.

Even on Atlantic... I was very seriously considering moving my mall to Maginica, but the prices were out in outer-space and as it turns out, the actual lot value is not worth a nickel for a land very few travel. Even if you choose to use that new vendor system, you’ll have to drop runes just as if you had your own mall because otherwise... nothing will move.

If an item can't be placed in a commodity deed, it can't go on a Bazaar vendor at Magincia.

I sold the Raised Planter I got for 25 million. It sold the night I put it on a vendor. The things are popular.

Feel free to PM me if you need any help on what items can and cannot be put on and all the bugs associated. Some items you CAN put on and shouldn't or at least should only put them as sell only (items that can be made as exceptional from players comes to mind) Other items you need to add the uncommodity form first to make sure it adds and sets up correctly and from there you can add commodities after that (Granite comes to mind for that). Some items you can add and they will be immediatley returned to you (Greater Conflag and Greater Confusion potions come to mind for that) and some items that you should be able to add and at one time were able to add, can no longer be added at all (Enhanced Bandages and Purple Petals come to mind for that) and then some items sadly never were and still aren't available to be put on (Pigments and Natural Dyes and Seeds come to mind) and also you risk bugging out your entire vendor if you approach 81 unique items for sale.

I used to have a running list and kept pushing for the changes on a few stratic posts. I got tired.
Now I just have the list in my head and every month or two (if I remember) send in the same bug reports of things not fixed yet using the uo bugs submission form on the main site.

On the devs behalf, though they didn't post anything about the fixes...they have fixed a few items here and there. Of course they did break the re-arranging of items in the list the last publish (up arrow moves things down and down arrow moves things up if you are on page 3 or 4 or higher of your item list and since the last item in the list only has one arrow that no longer moves in the right direction...it can't be moved at all)

As for your money back...good luck with that.
As suggested above if you really want to make your money back you might have to sell the Raised Garden Bed.
