Probably the Legacy dungeons at first, then who knows. Hopefully it will be tweaked so that each location has a reason to be visited and not simply a "blanket" system

Only if that dungeon does not have tamables in them. With the buffs they did in Shame could you see the new Dragon or Greater Dragon if they did this. I can already hear the NERF BANDWAGON screaming thier heads off.
Destard is being revamped next, so we'll see how its going to affect tamers.
Sure they have their heads out their fourth point of contact on that. We hope. Sure will be slow the the revamping of other haunts. My fav place will be in Ilsh with paragons. Bring on the unique named chest.

Go to the Destard Door in game. Enough said. Really need to get out of the grind.
At Destard Entrance in tram (outside), There is a deed saying "This place will be Next."

I hope they don't do only old school dungeons. I want them to add the loot system to places that drop Samurai Empire and Mondain's Legacy armor pieces as well. Adding it to the overworld of Trammel, Felucca, Tokuno, and
Ter Mur would be good too. You'd only find magic items and the vary rare artifact due to the relative difficulty of these monsters compared to those in the lower levels of Shame. This would continue the loot roll out at a reasonable pace. Right now very few people do any serious adventuring in any place other than Shame ATM.

This is what i am hoping for as well, revamp ALL the dungeons, Imo there should be a system similar to paragons/renowned mobs in every dungeon/facet as well. just to make it That much more challenging/fun and of course a different type of item you could craft like the Whetstone, but for different property removal of some sort.
I doubt it was an EM event item left behind, it was on TC1 as well (didnt check since it was apparently removed from LS shard,) but perhaps they changed their minds and maybe revamping a different dungeon first instead? who knows...
The only reason I even seen this "deed" was because I figured, if they revamp all the dungeons i might as well have a dungeon runebook and I couldn't find my old one.

Well they way they boosted Shame there will be no way anyone or any group will survive.
I remember training all my warriors in (old) Shame and I fear that is gone now for new players. I like what they did, all my Chars are fully trained, but new players will be very hard pressed to survive (new) Shame.

That would be an EM note for your shard. It is not on Chesy.
Can you please indicate a link pointing to a Developer's post or UOHerald official info about Destard being the new "to be revamped" dungeon ?

As far as I know, there is no link to such information, it was simply an item in-game that said *This place shall be next* outside of the entrance of destard, surely I'm not the only one who's seen this but it appears to have been removed, so now its not clear weather or not Destard is Definitely going to be next on the list.
