new items in game...where do they come from

Ok...so i have noticed a lot of new items in Luna for sale, but have never heard of them, so I assume they are related to the SA expansion....but I cant find info anywhere on these things (tried uo guide, couldn't find it)....

Banana Tree
Stone spike
Large skulls
Rack (have seen them in pieces)

Are these champ spawn items? Any link to this info would be appreciated....thanks

Well while we're asking, I've seen a gargoyle standard (looks like a banner on a pole, akin to the halloween scarecrow) on vendors. Are these from there as well, or if not, where do they come from?
