New items for back slot: mage (reagent pouch) and melee (weapon scabbard) specific

Archers:
We have quivers, with the following available properties: changes elemental DMG types, 5 DCI, Lower ammo cost 20% (wow useless), weight reduction 20-30%, and a useless item set.

Mages: (on the premise of an LRC cap of 75-80%)
Should have a Reagent Pouch, any of the casting reagents can be stored, opens up like a quiver, but only limited to reagents, worn on the back slot, must be worn to be used, limited by weight, say 100 stones. Different types can should give 1 of the following properties: increase 1-type of elemental dmg spells by 5% (pvm and pvp), 3% Casting focus, Increase LRC cap by 5% (assuming LRC cap of 75-80%), and weight reduction 20-30%.

Melee:
Scabbards should function similar to quivers that can change the elemental damage type, I'd like to see one with 5% HCI, maybe quick draw one with 5% SSI.


Can only wear 1 of the 3 types of back-slot items, must be worn to be in effect.

Personally, I'd really like if the DEV team actually took the time to look at some of the player suggestions, and spend time adding in-game useful items and new graphics in stead of wasting time on silly items such as new graphics for polar bear/ panda bear valentines' day gifts that do nothing but take up space, and end up in the trash can. This game has always had such huge potential, but the devs are always either clueless or really dont care about the state of affairs.

A LRC simply will not happen. However I support that if you choose to forgo LRC on your suit and enable an insured pouch you could qualify for slight bonuses.

I would LOVE THIS!

Not only the reagent pouch but the Scabbard.

Sounds good to me. It would be nice to walk around with something that suits my swordsman or mage instead of using a quiver.

As long as the reagents inside the reagent puch dropped to the ground on death etc, would be rather OP for spellcasters to not have to worry about LRC on their suit.

NO like the Quiver of Infinity it would be blessed (except on Siege of course).

That would create a balance issue.

How so? Already an Archer and a dexer and a mage can all re-equip at the bat of an eye......if you wear a 100% LRC suit you have all you need right now anyway...... so how is that a balance issue??????
