Just today I lost a pice of the blackrock, a seed of renewal and a Essence of Balance. I logged out and back in and they are still gone. Anyone else experiencing this?

New Items dissapearing when placed in pack

I lost a multi colored Gift wrapped christmas box today, with some sets of ranger armor in it. Placed it in my pack and logged out and back in later on and POOF! So about 10-15mill goneo!
Are you using the Enhanced Client?
If so, try switching your backpack to "List Mode." One of my friends has had this happen repeatedly, and switching to list mode has made them reappear.

I'm using legacy. Happened again tonight lost another seed of renewal. Had an Abyssal Cloth drop and didn't want to take a chance with it so I had a guildie come down and put it in a bag for me.

I have lost abyssmal cloth as well this way.. have dropped it in my pack.. fought a bit longer.. recalled out.. and it was gone
