New Item Properties?

Can anyone fill me in, I am a bit behind on the times. I been real busy lately.

Are they on Gargoyle items only?
Just on new Arties?
Just on Ter Mur drops?
Can you imbue these properties?

I've read the Pub 60 notes before, as well as that thread. It didn't answer my questions one bit. I know they are on new arties, but are they on other items as in loot, can you imbue these after the last publish? I'm on the road right now and have no way of knowing.

I havent seen any of the New Item Properties on the old weapons. I been doing miasma and swoop. I just get the old properties on them.
