Okay, my guild is officially dead (no one on in 3 weeks) , I am on a dead shard as well and now I want to move. So anyone have openings ? be about 10 characters to move and two keeps worth of stuff. I would have to find housing on the shard on my 3rd account first..

What size population are you looking for in a shard?

Sonoma is a great place to live: good people, available housing and a regular EM events.

I'm guessing by your post that you want higher pop though ... if so, GL or Chessy?

It doesn't have to be massive population, I just would like to see more then the same 3 or 4 people on every day, and the chance to run in to someone out in the world ! That would be amazing.

Just a little more about me and my play style. I like to play casual, but I also like to jump in to all the different disciplines of play. If I am bored and want a relaxing day Ill load up my boat and go fishing for a few hours. If I am feeling a little foggy Ill take out my sampire and go try to do some abyss content or maybe even my tamer. I have a PvP toon that I love to run spawns on, although I have not done that in a while or factions. I have a character or three for RP purposes as well. I am not what you would consider a power gamer or anything. I like to just have fun and whatever provides that is what I will do Been playing off and on for the past 10 years...

How well do you interact with players in game? Baja tends to have an older group of players and is not into all the little kiddie BS that you hear in Gen Chat and will tend not to invite those players to come out and play. I have never found it hard to find players to play with or ask if I can come along with other groups. The guild I am in was 6 peps/10 accounts and now it is down to 1 person/3 accounts so I understand where you are comong from. None move to other shards, they just stopped playing and no they didn't move to other games. On Baja you can find a lot of players on after 6PM (pac time). Just shout out in Gen Chat to see what peps are doing. Who are your Chars on Baja? Baja is not dead.

Typhoid , Zetsu , Gogi , Toxic , Algebra those 5 are the ones I play actively.
I hardly ever see anyone on, and M!S is gone. The only choices I have, feels like SI which is no instantly for me, or cartel. Cartel I have friends over there but I don't want non-stop pvp all the time, thats not me. I like to enjoy the pve and the social non sh*t talking aspects of the game as well. I don't want that rep looming over me.

I log on at 5:30ish CST and play to about midnight CST or later..
I am good at interacting with people, I am not some subversive ass in game. I respect people they way I would like to be respected etc.. etc..

You are welcome to come to Lake Ausitin. While we are a small shard, we do have several guild alliances that are alwys hunting. Finding a house is not a problem and prices are reasonable. We have been seeing a resurgence of our long time friends and players come back.

I know at night on Baja they have been doing a lot of Slasher. Get in Gen Chat and see if anybody is doing anything that you may have a supporting char. for. BRGs are gone from Mag. (suxs). There is gen. a group around Luna gate after dinner (6PM PST). Give a shout out in Gen Chat.

Here is a good way to test out shards Toxic. Moving to a new shard is a costly and time consuming. Do some research on shards that may interest you and have good pings to.

1) Create a new char on a shard you may want to try out.

2) Check out the vendor situation on each shard you may try. A good healthy shard has good vendors.

3) Talk in general chat and see what the busiest time is on that shard.

4) Get to know each shard and try to find people that has the same playstyles as you in the game.

5) Once you narrow your choices down go look for a good housing spot.

6) Always take in time zone differences on shards you may choose.

7) Not always the biggest shard or the smallest shard is the best. Sometimes its the middle ground. Depends on your needs and playstyles. Community is the key on what shard you want to choose.

Wish you the best of luck on what shard you may choose. I have my favorites but I dont want to influence your decision. This will be a fresh start for you and I hope my friend that things work out for you.

I just did something similar but I only transferred 11 chars. I picked GL and let me tell you, it was without a doubt the best move I could ever of made! The people are so nice and helpful and it's populated but not over populated. Good luck with your move cause what a pain in the butt it is moving so many chars..lol

You don't mention the fact that none of them except 3 to 4 of us have been on in the past 3 weeks.. Where as a month ago, we had a constant 10 to 12 different people on all the time. Everyone left for rift and there is no signs of them returning..


so yeah its dead... Of course Toni, Dixie, Debi, or any of the other upper management are more then welcome to post a rebuttle to this. I doubt it happens though because they left.

Thats funny, because as I recall last year I was a very active member, Lets see spawning for around 4 to 6 hours a day off and on with you guys. Then Lets see you guys started a war with si I know I was there in fire when you guys took there semidar. Then your spawns started getting owned all the time, then gse showed up and allied with you guys. Then they had me put my archer in gse and then I was spawning with them as well as you guys.... lol I was not an active member /rolls eyes. Yes this past year I have not been involved much with you guys because 3 of my accounts droped. I just got back on my feet I had to start over from scratch. Now that I am totally good to go you guys are no where to be found. But please continue your trolling and why don't you leave your in game character name in this thread as well, so at least know who I am defending my self from.
