Will the fishing skill be added to the loot tables as a plus mod for jewelry, fishing poles, hats, gloves, etc?

new fishing skill question

Interesting. This is not the case for the other crafting skills, but maybe trough the quest system there will be a plus skill item like mels hatchet, or the mining gloves or ancient smiths hammers.
