New Carpentry Recipe

I have just returned to UO, this was only my second day, and I noticed a new recipe for a bookcase that looks full.

It calls for wood, of course, and 1 academic books.

What are academic books? and where do I get it/them?

Academic books are a stealable rare, that spawn in 2 places in the Mondain's Legacy Bedlam dungeon (under the bloodletters in Umbra). Each only spawns about once each 8 days (and I think were originally offset to where one was 4 days apart from the other, but that can drift as stealing times vary).
