New Bane Chosen Title...

Hi, So i was looking on the new patch notes publish 69.6 or whatever and it says here. That under the problem with Gypsy camps destroying items it says...

"New Bane Chosen Title."

What is that? Does anyone have enough loyal points toward the Bane Chosen to get a new title if its good or not? Or worth getting. I'm not even close to getting this new title. So anyone have any ideas how to get this if loyalty points will get you this title or not.

I'm just asking...

I have a guy with 10k Bane loyalty, on the titles menu, under "Subtitle" shows up the category "rewards" which has "Bane Chosen" as an option.

Edit:
I also have chars with max loyalty to the good side, but there's no menu title for them at the moment.
